Our regular mechanic had our rav 4 for two full days and couldn't figure out why the check engine light was on...Joseph Airport had our car for about an hour and had diagnosed the problem. They ordered the part and the next day we got our car back. It's running great..no more check engine light.....charcoal cannister was the culprit. Great job.....thanks 👍 👌

This is our 3rd vehicle with Joseph Toyota that we've purchased with used car section with absolute satisfaction! My RAV4 needed a battery causing the AWD warning message. I was totally freaked out by it, speaking with Tom in to the shop and stating it was the battery and a new replacement would take care of this issue. Not only I got a battery, I got scheduled in for routine maintenance and a free car wash!

I use them for service on my Toyota minivans. I know I am paying a premium, but I believe they will have the best technicians and the best parts for a Toyota. I previously used a local tire chain for service (and they were ok) but I was surprised their costs where not much lower.

I purchased my 2022 Rav4 Hybrid from Joseph Airport Toyota and it is the only place I will take it to get serviced. The staff are knowledgeable, The wait time is quick the service is efficient, and I am always clear on what to expect, never any surprises! It is a bit of a drive for me, but it is definitely worth it with the fast wait time. The customer service waiting area is always is stocked with many coffee and hot chocolate choices as well as freshly popped popcorn, which is also a bonus!

The hybrid provides notification for routine maintenance and this dealership has provided top notch service on each occasion. I am seriously considering upgrading to a 2025.

Highly recommend this dealership. I actually drove over from the Indy area to purchase my SUV because they were very straightforward and didn't do any song and dance with anything. I was in a rush and even though the guy in the service department was busy he got my grandma taken care of as fast as he could. We also go see Eddie to buy cars. We have bought a truck and 2 cars from him. He is super pleasent and will find you the perfect car. Our toyotas are great, we never have issues with any of them. We have bought a total of 5 vehicles from this one location in our family.

I don't have to worry about my car when I get it serviced because a qualified mechanic is going to use genuine Toyota parts and they will do a complete inspection and advise me of any future service that may be required.
