At Joseph Airport Toyota, we need to hire an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The types of candidates we are looking for are self-motivated people with personal drive to take their career to the next level. We have plenty of lenders and plenty of ups and opportunities!

Joseph Airport Toyota provides on-going professional training for our Sales Consultants to maximize their sales and closing skills.

Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:

Greet customers coming in to the showroom and establish rapport
Communicate to discern the best vehicle for customer’s needs and budget
Demonstrate characteristics, capabilities and features of the vehicles
Provide professional product demonstrations and accompany on test drives, and close the deal
Respond promptly to internet customers
Maintain thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
Set appointments for customers to visit the store for test drives and presentations.
Utilize Social Channels to communicate with prospects and customers
Utilize Data Mining tools to attract new opportunities
Entice the online and phone prospects to visit the store and buy a car!

Qualifications/Requirements – Sales Consultant:

Superior customer service skills
Must be results-driven with the ability to thrive in a competitive, team-based environment.
Outstanding communication skills
Extremely organized
Great attitude with a high-energy personality
Must have outstanding phone skills and follow up
