At Joseph Airport Toyota, we need to hire an experienced automotive sales consultant to join our sales team. Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:

  • Greet customers coming into the showroom and establish rapport
  • Communicate to discern the best vehicle for customer’s needs and budget
  • Demonstrate characteristics, capabilities, and features of the vehicles
  • Provide professional product demonstrations, accompany on test drives, and close the deal
  • Respond promptly to internet customers
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
  • Set appointments for customers to visit the store for test drives and presentations
  • Utilize social channels to communicate with prospects and customers
  • Utilize data mining tools to attract new opportunities
  • Entice the online and phone prospects to visit the store and buy a car!

Qualifications/Requirements – Sales Consultant:

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Must be results-driven with the ability to thrive in a competitive, team-based environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Extremely organized
  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality
  • Must have outstanding phone skills and follow-up
